I am a full stack developer with experience working on a collaborative agile development team. My two favorite things about development is learning new things and solving challenging problems (both implementation and debugging).

I have two Bachelors in Science from the University of Tulsa, Computer Science with a minor in High Performance Computing & Mathematics.

Outside of coding, I enjoy many outdoor activities like hiking, whitewater kayaking, and biking.

University of Tulsa NASA Robotics Mining Club

  • Responsible for design and development of the Tulsa NASA Robotics Mining Club website for the 2018 NASA Mining Competition.
  • Communicated with all groups of the club to gather data regarding the engineering, programming, and electrical design of the robot.
  • Managed all aspects of the website regarding development, hosting, and updating regularly.
  • Final website was required for competition and was presented at the 2018 NASA Mining Competition.

Mentor for Outreach Program

TU Early Education Gaming Outreach

  • Volunteered time to visit local elementary schools weekly and teach kids how to program and develop a video game.
  • Used unity and scratch to help guide kids in coding.
  • Final game "Cat School Life" was presented at the Heartland Gaming Expo.

Research on Cyber Security Physical Systems

  • Worked with Dr. Hale for a year on a project developing a program to generate attack graphs of a physical system.
  • Worked on the testbed side in developing and building a custom car utilizing the CAN protocol.
  • Worked with CAN, BeagleBone, Teensy, and soldering tools.

Mentor for Elementary School Computer Science Club

  • Club is for kids ages 5-10 and consists of two groups, intro and advanced.
  • Develop and teach lessons twice a week to help kids learn to code.
  • Lessons in Unity ranged from block coding to line by line coding. At the end the kids would have a working game they had coded.

Software Developer Intern - Summer

Pair Programing Intern Team, Paycom

  • Developed a cross platform/IDE real-time collaborative editing tool that contained all traffic to Paycom's local network.
    • A backend C# API with Conflict-Free Replicated Data Type (CRDT).
    • A corresponding frontend extension for Visual Studio 2019 was also implemented in C#.
    • The backend is set up to be cross platform and to accept client frontends from various IDEs, allowing for cross IDE real-time collaboration.
